Address the Risks Directly
Let’s be direct — your staff, clients, and products face serious risks from airborne and surface-spreading germs. Direct UV-C Fixtures neutralize virtually all microorganisms in their path, giving you a healthier space and sanitized equipment. When used with the proper precautions, these products are an important addition to existing disinfection procedures.
How Do Direct UV-C Fixtures Work?
Ultraviolet disinfection has been long established as an effective, economical, and easy disinfection method for a wide variety of commercial applications. Salmonella, strep, and hepatitis are just a few of the infections that pose a threat.
Due to the long, unobstructed path of germicidal ultraviolet rays, Sani·Ray® Direct UV-C Fixtures are very effective in open and unoccupied spaces. UV-C rays destroy the DNA structure of bacteria, viruses, and mold carried through the air by currents and air circulation — stopping them before they have a chance to reproduce.

Optional Accessories Add Peace of Mind for All Applications
Direct UV-C fixtures produce powerful rays that can be harmful to skin and eyes if exposure occurs. These optional accessories protect your operators and staff, giving them peace of mind:
- Our SENTINEL® Remote Lamp Indicator allows the operator to know from a safe distance that the lamps are hard at work.
- The Zenith™ Ultraviolet Meter is an easy-to-read handheld meter telling if radiation in the treated space is within acceptable limits.
- A wire form lamp guard helps protect lamps from accidental breakage.
- If lamp breakage should occur, the ArmorLite™ Safety Shield protects staff, products, and work environments from dangers associated with broken glass.
- A Promate™ Face Shield is a lightweight visor with adjustable headgear that offers eye and face protection from ultraviolet rays.
