Integrated features and 11 available models make the Nutripure® Sanitary Conditioner an ideal solution for preserving liquid quality in your storage tank. The Nutripure® draws air in through an electrostatic filter. Once inside the the 304 stainless steel housing, the specular aluminum reflector maximizes the ultraviolet intensity within the Nutripure® chamber, and germicidal ultraviolet exposure disinfects the air. The purified air is then forced into the liquid storage tank headspace. The purified air lowers condensation levels in the tank, thereby inhibiting the growth of bacteria and mold on the liquid’s surface. The optional tank vent provides an outlet for this air, while at the same time preventing contaminants, insects, or debris from entering the liquid storage tank.
Powerful UV-C Inactivates Virus, Bacteria, and Mold
STER-L-RAY ® Instant Start Germicidal UV-C Lamps are short-wave, low-pressure tubes that produce ultraviolet wavelengths lethal to microorganisms. Approximately 95% of the ultraviolet energy emitted from STER-L-RAY ® germicidal lamps is at 254 nanometers, the region of germicidal effectiveness most destructive to bacteria, mold, and virus. The polished aluminum Reflective Chamber maximizes the ultraviolet intensity within the chamber.
All STER-L-RAY ® Lamps used in the Nutripure® are provided with ArmorLite™ Safety Shield. This protective coating eliminates dangers associated with fragments of broken lamps, should a bulb accidentally break. The Lamps installed in this model only need to be replaced once a year, or approximately every 10,000 hours. Promate™ Observation Port/Sight Glass allows for safe visual inspection of lamp operation.
Easy, Safe Maintenance Saves Time and Resources
Lamp change and occasional lamp cleaning are quick and easy with Steadfast™ Lampholders. Just about anyone can perform these tasks without special tools. Steadfast™ Lampholders have a spring-loaded telescopic holder on one end and a stationary holder on the other. Our Engineers have equipped our larger NUTRIPURE® Sanitary Conditioner Models (Models 7, 8, and 9) with the Steadfast™ Bayonet Socket Mount Lampholder, designed for the four-pin STER-L-RAY ® Lamps used in these models.
The Interlock Safety Switch is located under the cover and disconnects power to the model when the access panel is opened. It provides an extra safety precaution during lamp or the filter replacement. Durable Type 304 Stainless Steel enclosure stands up to harsh environments. Quality construction ensures years of service and the surface wipes clean with ease.
Nutripure® Ultraviolet Sanitary Conditioner Models 7-ASC, 8-ASC, and 9-ASC have an integrated SENTINEL™ Outlet Connector to allow for easy plug-in and operation of the optional SENTINEL™ Remote Lamp Indicator accessory. Also integrated into these models is the Lamp Replacement Indicator, a resettable flashing light that signals a reminder for lamp change.

Promate™ Particulate Washable Electrostatic Filters are reusable, so you won’t waste money on replacement filters.
A HEPA Filter that removes 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns is included with Nutripure® Ultraviolet Sanitary Conditioner Models 4B-ASC, 5B-ASC, and 6B-ASC as well as models 7-ASC, 8-ASC and 9-ASC.
