Biolux® Germicidal Ultraviolet Fixtures provide direct ultraviolet exposure for air and surface disinfection. Use the Biolux® in unoccupied spaces or in occupied spaces with protective measures. Effective
STER-L-RAY® Germicidal Lamps are shortwave, low pressure tubes that produce ultraviolet wavelengths lethal to microorganisms. Approximately 95% of the ultraviolet energy emitted from STER-L-RAY® germicidal lamps is at 254 nanometers, the region of germicidal effectiveness most destructive to bacteria, mold and virus.
STER-L-RAY® Cold Cathode Germicidal UV-C Lamps emit the same disinfecting power and can operate in colder temperatures. Cathode construction gives longevity in situations that require you to start and stop irradiation frequently. These lamps are used in the Biolux® WE10.
All models have a highly reflective surface that surrounds the lamp. This maximizes the ultraviolet radiation that’s emitted. Salmonella, staphylococcus, streptococcus, hepatitis, rotavirus and saccharomyces are just a few of the virus, bacteria, and fungi stopped dead in their tracks by ultraviolet.
Easy Installation and Maintenance
No professional installation is required and all models have a standard 3-prong plug. Biolux® Strip Fixtures mount from their base. Biolux® WE10 is equipped with an exterior hole and plug-thru ballast for remote mounting. Biolux® NO4G, NO4GS, NO6G, and NO6GS are portable models that come with a stainless steel handle or stand.
Steadfast™ Lampholders have a spring-loaded, telescopic holder on one end and a stationary holder on the other. Lamp change and occasional lamp cleaning are quick and easy. Thanks to the Steadfast™, you don’t need any special tools for maintenance.
Biolux UV Air and Surface Irradiating Units are Economical
Surelite™ Electronic Ballasts are instant-start. They operate quietly and are specifically developed for ultraviolet lamps. They are smaller, lighter, and provide higher lamp output while using less energy than magnetic ballasts. Biolux® portable models have an integrated on/off switch to give added safety and ease of use.

The Biolux® Air and Surface Irradiating Units are manufactured using steel and chrome plating. This superior finish gives extra surface hardness and abrasion resistance as well as a beautifully shined finish.
3 Models and a Variety of Styles for Virtually Any Application
Biolux® Strip Fixtures are a semi-permanent solution. With the smallest unit measuring just 9” long, it can fit in tight spaces.
Biolux® WE10 Fixtures are temporary to semi-permanent. This model uses STER-L-RAY® Cold Cathode Lamps which makes it ideal for walk-in refrigerators or cold storage rooms.
Biolux® Fixtures NO4G, NO4GS, NO6G, and NO6GS are portable. NO4G and NO6G are equipped with a stainless steel handle. NO4GS and NO6GS are equipped with a stainless steel stand.
